Diorama Isengard and tower of Orthanc

Let's talk about the old fort, which served as a dwelling place for the white wizard Saruman.

Isengar means something like "iron fort", refers to a hard rock which formed the site and that it was practically unbreakable. In sindarin it was called Angrenost.
